Overview:\nWe're looking for someone with a great attitude, friendly and has the love for customer service to be able to provide the A+ service our customers expect. Airport shuttle drivers transport customers to and from the airport from our lot directly to the terminal. Our shuttle drivers stay active most of the shift by lifting luggage, sometimes up to 70 pounds and walking up and down the ste\n...\nps to get in and out of the shuttle. If you are looking for something fun and fast paced, this is the job for you.\nQualifications:\nDrivers work in a physically demanding environment. Lifting luggage; able to lift 60 pounds or heavier, prolonged sitting and frequent standing are a normal part of the job. Must feel comfortable driving a large vehicle.\nDrivers make an average of $60,000 a year.\n\u2022 $500 BONUS AFTER 90 DAYS\nResponsibilities:\n\u2022 Current AZ drivers license to drive shuttle\n\u2022 Valid/Clean/Accident -free driving record\n\u2022 Have first-rate etiquette and professionalism qualities\n\u2022 Greet and be available to customer for customer service related issues\n\u2022 Assist in the loading and unloading of customer luggage\n\u2022 Implementation and recognition of defensive/safe driving techniques\n\u2022 Communicate effectively with other drivers and dispatchers to ensure effective fleet ops\n\u2022 Compliance with federal, state and local agency regulations (DOT) in regard to the transport of passengers to/from the airport\n\u2022 Accurately complete reports and forms related to shuttle operations\n\u2022 Compliance with company rules, policies and standard operating procedures\nBenefits:\n\u2022 Health Insurance\n\u2022 401(k)\n\u2022 Paid Time Off\nShift Time:\nThe morning shift starts between 3AM - 4AM.
